Hello Chancers!
As detailed in the previous newsletter (you can also read it here https://www.thelastchancers.org/2021/10/05/tlc-club-newsletter-3-10-2021/), this is the time to sign up for your 2021-2022 membership.
To sign up for your membership, please follow these 2 steps:
- Fill out the Google Form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1f_53h24lPnSug-o–0XLAKQj6GMBODr3WJBDRvtV3WY
- You will receive the summary of your responses to your email address. Please forward that email to TheLastChancersIreland@gmail.com. This step is very important as we need to validate your email address. If you don’t see the email, make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.
You have until 23:59 on Thursday the 14th of October, 2021, to complete these steps.
What happens next:
- Starting from Friday the 15th, the club Treasurer, John Colgan, will be contacting registered members to collect the payment (either the 6 month prepayment, or the monthly standing order). We expect this process to take no longer than 2 weeks.
- After that, we sign the contract with De La Salle, sign the insurance and open the doors 🙂
Note: as discussed at the AGM, the membership price per month will be known once we know the number of members who sign up. We expect it to be in the range of 22 to 31 euros per month (31 is the cap in case we have the minimal 20 sign-ups). Once we set the membership price, it won’t change for 6 months.
