This past Saturday we ran a casual Warhammer 40,000 event, organised and run by our previous Event Coordinator, now Chairperson Dan. We had a fully booked room with 12 players on the day, as well as a few new faces which is always wonderful to see.
This was also our very first sponsored event for the The Last Chancers club. We were sponsored by the lovely Jason from the ‘Nearby’ convenience store in Bray on Killarney Lane. They have been a great supplier of 40k and other gaming supplies for our club members this year.

And now for our 3 winners on the day! For most of our events, we always like to support the various aspects that make up this hobby, so in this vein our overall winner for the event was Jan, the winner of most sporting player was Dave, and with his gorgeous Necrons, the best painted army went to Jack.
